Grace, your request is approved. When you have finalized the dates, please reply back. I am copying Landscape Management who also needs to know that this is approved. They monitor banners across campus. You are responsible to place the banner and take it down in a timely manner and please note, we can not take responsibility for banners and on occasion banners go missing!

Subject: Signs on Library Bridge approval

Good afternoon! My name is Grace Greene, I'm a senior here at Clemson and one of the executive board members of CUSG's Council of Diversity Affairs (CODA). I got your contact information from Robin Chambers!

CODA is planning a passive event to bring awareness to the Black Lives Matter movement on campus. We are hoping to hang up signs with names and possibly pictures of victims of police brutality on library bridge the week of either Nov 9 or Nov 16. I was wondering if you could tell me about the approval process for this.

Thank you in advance!
