Description

This teaming studio has a fixed standing-height rectangular table with high rollable chairs.

All teaming studios have 75" touch interactive displays with a Windows 11 PC with standard applications including Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), multiple browsers, internet access, Solstice for wirelessly connecting to the display, ZoomRoom, and a Jabra Panacast USB webcam and speakerbar.  Mac Mini computers are also available for those who prefer Apple products.    Users can log in to both systems with their CU credentials.

The 75" interactive Samsung display has an Android OS and can be operated as a whiteboard or use other android applications.

Users can connect their laptops, tablets and mobile devices to the 75” room display via a HDMI connection (wired) or wirelessly using the Solstice App on the room PC or the Andoid sharing app on the display to share content and collaborate via the room display.   

Room control is provided via an 8"  Aurora control panel to enable use of the room display, Select options like ZoomRoom, Mac Mini, Windows desktop, and other applications,  adjust lighting levels, or request technical assistance.
